Take 1 tablet or capsule daily after your heaviest meal. Do NOT take more than 1 a day. The time of day you take it does not matter, just be sure to take it after a heavy meal.

Take 3 capsules in the mornng or early afternoon each day. You can start with only taking 1 a day to make your bottle last, however if you have headaches or feel fatigue or nauseous that means you need to take more than 1 and can try 2 and if not 2 then take the recommended 3.

This is to help you maintain potassium while detoxing. You can always eat bananas daily instead of taking moringa.

Start with poking a hole into your clear plastic portion with a needle to open the bottle. All bottles come capped and sealed. In each 16oz fl water bottle you will place 2-3 drops. Be sure to NOT exceed more than 20 drops per day.
