Take 1 daily after breakfast / lunch. The earlier in the day the better as it’s mean to suppress appetite.

On the New Formula

Take 1 daily after your heaviest meal. Make sure to eat a good sized meal before taking it

Do not take more than 1 per day on any of them!

If on the new formula take 3 capsules in the morning or at the same time you take the other. You can start with only taking 1 a day to make your bottle last, however if you have headaches or feel fatigue or nauseous that means you need to take more than 1 and can try 2 and if not 2 then take the recommended 3.

This is to help you maintain potassium while detoxing. You can always eat bananas daily instead of taking moringa.

If you are taking the tablet/ control… moringa should only be 1 a day as 3 moringa is not necessary.

Start with poking a hole into your clear plastic portion with a needle to open the bottle. All bottles come capped and sealed. In each 16oz fl water bottle you will place 2-3 drops. Be sure to NOT exceed more than 20 drops per day.
